Let’s network with a purpose!
This online workshop session will allow you to connect with other WiSEu Network members from across Europe sharing thoughts on one of the most common internal barriers for women and minorities to achieve successful careers. We will make an introduction to the imposter syndrome and share thoughts that will help us to start working on overcoming it.
Do these thoughts sound familiar? I feel unqualified for my job, I’m a fake and going to be found out, I had a lot of luck and connections to get where I am in my career.
We will refer to the book ‘Own Your Greatness: Overcome Impostor Syndrome, Beat Self-Doubt, and Succeed in Life’ by Lisa Orbé-Austin as a guideline for the session, so feel free to read it or listen to the 20 minutes Blinkist summary if you would like to dive deep into the topic.
